星野リゾートによる「旅のテンションが上がる都市観光ホテル」のシリーズ。沖縄を代表する歓楽街と幹線道路にまたがる一画に位置する。１階のラウンジ・フロント・カフェからなる「OMOベース」の賑わいが双方の通りへと滲みだし垣間見える。通りから通りへつながる屋内外を一体化し、沖縄の建築様式のように風通し良く開かれたシースルーな形態を目指した。街への玄関口としてユニークな表情で旅人を出迎える。

OMO5 Naha Okinawa
This is a series of "urban sightseeing hotel that raises the excitement of travel" by Hoshino Resort, located at the intersection of Okinawa's most popular entertainment district and the main road. The bustling "OMO Base," consisting of a lounge, front desk, and café on the first floor, is visible from both sides of the street. We aimed for an open, airy, see-through structure, very much like the architectural style of Okinawa, integrating the 2 streets with the indoor space. This place acts as a gateway to the city, and welcomes travelers with its unique presence.
